| Geocaching notes: Park was somewhat muddy on the day we visited. We managed to navigate around most of it. Lots of bugs by the location of the final stage, so we didn't stay long. |

| Geocaching notes: First stage was off by 30-40 feet, in an area where the trail splits into multiple different directions. We ended up just stumbling upon it when we were about to give up. For the second stage, we turned when we shouldn't have. Ended up 30 feet away, pointing to a direction that didn't make sense. We gave up temporarily and did the hiking club trail. After looking at a map and coming at it from a different direction, we finally found the trail we were suppose to take and made the find. |
| Hiking notes: Really nice boardwalk. Suprisingly few bugs on the day we visited. |
| Park comments: Brand new visitor center. Also had new observation tower, but it wasn't open yet when we visited. UPDATE: it was open on our visit in May 2014. |
