Geocaching notes: It was a short walk and a quick find. The cache was 10+ feet off from our GPS reading, but it was easy to spot.

Bird Card Found On: 10/09/13

Hiking notes: This park has one of the best marked hiking club trails. The hike was a mix of praire, marsh, and wooded areas. It somehow managed to be mostly uphill both ways, which you can see in the pictures.

Park comments: Due to the marshy areas, probably best not to visit here in the spring or summer. I imagine if it weren't for the lack of snow this winter, the boardwalk area would have been flooded. Much of the trail we hiked was in a praire, which was brutal enough in 70ish weather. Definitely wouldn't want to do it in the summer heat/humidity.
