| Hiking notes: When we visited, the road to the campground was closed, so we couldn't park at the start of the trail. Luckily, that road was part of the hiking club trail, so we parked by the closed gate and started there instead. It was 18 degrees out when we did this hike. |
| Geocaching notes: Glad we had bug spray because the mosquitoes were aplenty. Most of the walk was through a nice, cool, shady pine forest. |
