We arrived way too early, but luckily they were able to move us to an earlier boat. We thought this was good, because rain was predicted for later. Turns out, as usual, they were wrong, and the later boat had beautiful weather.

We got a seat at the back of the boat. You can see the long dock and the cafe in the distance.

Looking ahead, you can see the people seated inside and up above. We didn't want to sit up top because we read on tripadvisor, the crew messes with them on the return trip.

Almost immediately, we get hit by a wave a water which turns Chris' mood as gray as the sky.

One of the really nice things they did was turn the boat 360 degrees at each location, so everybody on the boat would get a good view.

There were two hikers who got off here, with huge overnight backpacking packs. I'm glad we weren't attempting tthat hike.

We stopped at the visitor center to collect our coin, and Chris got friendly with a moose.

Screech
We kept seeing Screech, a local rum, all over. We thought we'd try it. Then we learned that it just seems to be a trick on visitors, as screech means cheap rum.

We decided to have dinner at the hotel's pub. Salads and artichoke dip.
